The St. Mary's Glacier area elevation above 10,000ft, located N.W. of Idaho Springs at ~7,500ft. The altitude means that your body will need to adjust to thinner air. Drinking plenty of water and taking frequent breaks if you feel winded is recommended. Please check with your doctor before booking if you may have any conditions that may be adversely affected by a higher altitude. Our Property Manager offers the use of Oxygen Concentrator (for a fee), if needed.
